How do I use my code?

Got your back, fam 💪 Using your points is super easy! Below are steps whether you're looking to place a one-time order or have it applied to a new/existing subscription.

New subscription

  1. Log into your account and make your way to the Super Perks page. Hit Hook Me Up to be taken towards the bottom of the page.
  2. Hit REDEEM on the code you'd like to redeem. After hitting yes, you'll receive a unique code. You can click on the code to have it copied.
    1. If you're not able to use the reward at that moment, you can scroll up the page and hit My History to view the code again.
  3. Add your choices to your cart and proceed to checkout as normal. During checkout, you’ll have the option to enter your unique promo code.

Existing subscription

  1. Log into your account and make your way to the Super Perks page. Hit Hook Me Up to be taken towards the bottom of the page.
  2. Hit REDEEM on the code you'd like to redeem. After hitting yes, you'll receive a unique code. You can click on the code to have it copied.
    1. If you're not able to use the reward at that moment, you can scroll up the page and hit My History to view the code again.
  3. Make your way to your account and hit MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS. You'll be taken to a new page with all of your active subscriptions. Hit EDIT next to the subscription you want to apply the code to.
  4. From here, locate where your email is referenced. Underneath, you'll find APPLY DISCOUNT. Hit this and a pop-up will appear to enter the reward promo code.

One-time orders

  1. Log into your account before or during checkout (a log-in option is available during checkout above the email field).
  2. Add your choices to your cart and proceed to checkout as normal. During checkout, you'll have the option to redeem your points using your points (above the discount code field). Select your choice and the reward will be automatically applied to the order.
  3. Alternatively, you can make your way to the Super Perks page to redeem a code. The reward can then be manually applied at checkout.
