What is MCT oil and where is it sourced from?

MCT stands for Medium Chain Triglyceride and is extracted from sustainably sourced palm oil which fuels your body with healthy fats.

We use a combination of caprylic acid (C8) and capric acid (C10). C8 supports gut health while increasing the number of ketones the body produces and C10 turns over the ketones quickly for immediate energy ⚡️

The oils are digested directly through the liver, providing the body with immediate energy as opposed to storing it for future use. MCT oil also supports brain function to increase your focus and boosts your heart health 💭
